BRINGTHE WORLDCLOSER
A lighter touring bike means you can carry more stuff with you, but light weights are no good without strength. That's why for the Kathmandu Hybrid C:62, we used our proven C:62® carbon to create a frame construction that combines the load capacity you need with the comfort and handling you expect from CUBE. With a future-proof UDH derailleur hanger, internally routed cables and Boost front and rear hubs, it's stylish and easy to use. The rigid carbon fork is light and responsive, while the IC 3.0 rear rack is adaptable and provides a sturdy platform to carry whatever you need. Add the 400Wh battery and you have the complete package of a lightweight hybrid touring bike.

C:62® CARBON FIBER TECHNOLOGY
Not all carbon is made equal. With our C:62® carbon, we increase the high modulus fiber content and then reinforce the resulting material with nanoparticles incorporated into the adhesive resin. Yes, that's just a fancy way of saying it's extremely strong, lightweight, and durable.
CARBON FORK
Is the type of material chosen important? In the case of the fork that holds the front wheel, it is more important than it seems. Thanks to its construction, in addition to being exceptionally light and strong, our carbon fork is also surprisingly comfortable to ride. When you walk through the streets of the city, all these characteristics are very noticeable.
ADVANCED INTERNAL CABLE ROUTING
The gear and brake cables need to connect the handlebar controls to the frame, but is it necessary to drill holes near the head tube to achieve this? We came up with a design that brings the cables to the frame through the headset, keeping the cable placement completely internal but putting a little more order and making them less obtrusive.
FIXED INTEGRATED BATTERY
Bosch SX technology incorporates a new lighter and more adaptable battery configuration. To take full advantage of the weight reduction, we have fully integrated the new battery into the down tube. This decision allows us to place it in the best position to achieve optimal weight distribution and management, and reduce weight, because we build a down tube to the exact size, not one gram more and without the need for an access hatch. For its part, the Power More option guarantees that you can add an additional 250 Wh battery quickly and easily for greater autonomy. Brings together the best of both worlds.
INTEGRATED CARRIER 3.0
The Integrated Rack 3.0 takes integrated systems to the next level: if you look at the bike from the side, it's hard to tell where the rack ends and the fender begins. But in addition to being a marvel to look at, it is also rigid and resistant. With an integrated fixing clip and a Rilink CUBE adapter for installing bags and baskets, transform your CUBE into an adaptable and versatile load carrier.
BOOST 148
A wider hub increases the stiffness of the wheel, and a stiffer wheel means better maneuverability. That's the thinking behind the Boost 148 rear hub standard, which allows for greater flange spacing for better wheel performance without impacting shifting precision or drivetrain efficiency. In short, you can go faster and give it your all while enjoying better handling and stronger wheels.
EFFICIENT COMFORT GEOMETRY
With our specially designed Efficient Comfort geometry, cycling is pure pleasure. Whether you're cruising through town or exploring further afield, taking a ride with family or friends, commuting to work or simply enjoying your free time, we've created an experience on two wheels. that will make you come back for more.
UNIVERSAL DERAILLEUR HANGER
One standard for everything: Replacing the derailleur hanger is easy thanks to the innovative universal derailleur hanger. With a design that includes some room to pivot to help prevent chain binding, it improves shifting performance and works with all drivetrains. Best of all, it is a standard part that is available anywhere.
ADVANCED TWIN MOLD
With our Advanced Twin Mold process, we use two precision-manufactured shapes for our C:62®, C:68® and C:68X® carbon frames. The first way ensures a precise layout. The second internal shape keeps each individual fiber exactly where it needs to be while the frame hardens. The result is a much lighter and stronger frame, with a fiber density adapted to the loads expected at specific points.
